In 2011, Fine graduated from Lake Orion High School, where he played football. Following his graduation, he tended Central Michigan University, where he played Division I football. He never made it off the bench during his time at Central Michigan University. His major was military science before he left the university in 2015.Before Fine was set to graduate from CMU, he was influenced by how to fit and build Bradley Cooper was for the role in American Sniper. After much research, he traveled to Los Angeles and met C.T. Fletchers, a celebrity fitness trainer who helped Cooper get buff for the role.Fletcher offered him a job as a fitness trainer, and Fine accepted it immediately. His mother was saddened when he quit college a few weeks before graduation, but it turns out he found his calling.“She’s like, ‘You have one week left [of college] and you had a free education for football … you’re going to do this?’ I was like, ‘I’m sorry. This is the reason why I [was getting] a degree, so I could get a job like this.’ My deal with my mom [was] I’ll give it three months. I’m never going to work at a corporate place, I’ll do everything on my own. Never going to be at Equinox, never going to be at L.A. Fitness. And if I don’t make it in three months I’ll go to E.M.T. school, and I want to be a wildland firefighter and that’s it. Three months, done,” Fine revived.Fortunately, things worked out for Fine and he ended up creating his brand, Alex Fine Performance, which boasts a celebrity clientele unlike any other. When celebrities started approaching him by word of mouth, he ultimately started his own business after building a network for other gyms. Among the athletes, he designs nutrition and exercise regimens for are Jennifer Aniston, Odell Beckham Jr., Terry Jacobs, and several others. Alex Fine Workout Routine

When Mark first moved out to Los Angeles from the Midwest, Alex met him. “I was at a gym in West Hollywood and he was in town for the weekend … We kept in touch. Then, a couple of years later, I met Charles [Melton] through a mutual friend and then we became friendly.” Oddly enough, Charles didn't realize they were on the same show until a casual Facetime call revealed it.The 25-year-old works out with KJ runs an ultramarathon with Hart Denton (betty's "brother," Chic), and travels to Vancouver to train the cast while they're shooting. The cast works hard, and the trainer agrees that they are "equally competitive" when it comes to putting in hours at the gym.

The weight training styles of Alex and the guys are similar even though Alex is "definitely more of a morning person" while some prefer to train in the afternoon. His Instagram is filled with pictures of boxing, running, planking, and lifting. His pictures make us hurt just looking at them. How can you stay motivated when you're waking up in freezing temperatures before trekking to your full-time job? Changing your mindset is the key, according to the athlete. “Anyone in general who’s stuck in the cold, I wouldn’t use it as an excuse. More like, ‘Well, we can’t go outside and play … we might as well go inside and go to the gym.'”Even acknowledging that warmer weather makes it harder for him to work out. “I have more trouble in Los Angeles or even Florida because there are so many things to do all the time during the day. When you’re stuck in this cold you kinda want to stay inside, so you might as well go to the gym.”

“I do things kind of unconventionally,” Fine says of his work with celebrities, all of whom come from word-of-mouth referrals. “A lot of [trainers] might be scared to push them to their limit, but I can push them to the level they need to get to.”To the "Riverdale" actors, that meant getting them ready for scenes such as this season's prison plotline, where (spoiler alert!) Archie finds himself pushed into an underground fight club in a corrupt juvenile detention center. Fine often uses prison-style workouts to get actor clients in shape, using pull-ups, push-ups, and weight lifting - and with the kind of least equipment, you would find in a traditional jailhouse gym.“With KJ, we did a lot of that, and weights with really high repetitions,” Fine tells. “We did a lot of chest and shoulders — with actors, you want to stick with chest and shoulders — since on-camera, it looks better.”In addition to weight training, Fine included high-intensity cardio exercise into Apa's workouts to help him lose weight. The exercises are done on an exercise bike, otherwise known as an assault bike, or on a stationary bike, which the user drives by pumping his or her arms. Lastly, Fine recommends spending about 10 minutes a day doing core exercises, such as planks and sit-ups.Fine, who usually attended Apa's workouts, recalls that when Apa and Fine were working out together, Apa was doing two 90-minute workouts per day. The two of them pushed each other pretty hard when they worked out together.Fine develops close relationships with the clients he works with - for better or for worse. He once bet Arizona Cardinals offensive guard Justin Pugh $500 that he couldn't become a professional bull rider in less than a year when the two "had a few drinks" together post-workout. It wasn't long before Fine drove several hours north of Los Angeles for training at a bull-riding facility several times a week.Fine giggles, "And then I was pretty good at it.". He lost the bet — “I broke my shoulder and tore my groin four months in” — but, after he recovered, he proceeded to train. One thing that sets Fine apart from other trainers is his camaraderie, which leads to silly high-stakes bets, he says. In a few weeks of working out with Fine, Melton, who plays the jacked jock Reggie on "Riverdale," lost nearly 30 pounds and gained muscle definition. On each other's Instagram feeds, they are often seen holding planks, sprinting on a beach, and taking sweaty water breaks together.Melton reports The Post that Alex is not like other trainers. “He curates a workout regimen specifically around your needs. And he not only coaches you but also works out with you.”

Alex Fine

In addition, Melton and Fine both adopted intermittent fasting plans: Whenever practicable, they would have their first meal of the day around midafternoon and have a light smoothie with salad and some protein, such as salmon.“He worked out extremely hard for [his transformation] and was dedicated,” states Fine of Melton, who recently began equipping for an upcoming role in the film “The Sun Is Also a Star.”It's his diet suggestions that help the "Riverdale" guys maintain their washboard abs. Finely focused on keeping carbs to a minimum and eating low-calorie foods with Apa.“[Apa] is pretty strict already,” Fine says, appending that he advised “no chips. No bread.”In addition to helping Hart Denton lose weight, Fine also helped the actor gain weight and undergo a visibly stunning transmutation. In the course of working with Fine, Denton gained 22 pounds, primarily muscle, who played Betty's duplicitous brother Chic on the show. On his Instagram, Fine thanked him for demonstrating to him that fitness is a lifestyle, not just a thing you do when it is convenient.“[Denton] worked out twice a day, and did boxing as well without me,” Fine speaks. “He was consistent with it for a month, he gained a lot more muscle mass.”In Fine's career, getting the "Riverdale" actors as substantial as they are has become a hallmark, and it is a position he genuinely enjoys: "It is fun for me to work with all of them. As a collective, they’re all extremely nice.”“I’d imagine [the show] is doing so well because of how great each of them is as people,” Fine says That was all about the workout routine that Alex Fine follows himself and makes his clients follow too. It is quite grueling but the results are very striking. Thus in the next section, we will learn about what Alex Fine eats throughout the day to keep himself so active. He has a hectic schedule!

As pretty obvious as it is, he takes quite a clean meal plan and his plan is also very effective and time-saving since he has a hectic schedule. It is easy for him to follow his diet because it is quite convenient. However, he does take a break here and there.

Alex Fine Diet Tips

In this section, we will share some of the tips that he includes in his diet plan. Alex Fine makes sure to follow his diet as consistently as feasible. And when you have a time crunch as he does, it is all about improvising and getting creative with your meals to stick to it and see results. Take a look at his tips:

  1. Protein should account for at least 1g of body weight per day. A restricted-calorie diet that doesn't provide enough protein can cause you to lose a lot of muscle in addition to any fat you manage to lose. If you consume high amounts of protein during a dieting phase, you will retain lean body mass. Make sure you choose lean, high-quality proteins like egg whites, poultry, lean red meat, and protein supplements. For a male weighing 200-250lbs, the diet provided here contains 220-250g of protein per day. You should increase your protein intake only if your weight exceeds 250 pounds or you are extremely hungry. Jude suggests an additional protein shake as an easy way to increase your protein intake. (If you weigh less than 180 pounds, you can eliminate 3 ounces of meat or chicken daily from your diet.)
  2. If you're trying to lose weight, keep your carbohydrate intake low to moderate. “On a low day you’ll have closer to 100g of carbs,” he says. The average moderate day contains 150g of carbohydrates. Juge rotates low and moderate days to maintain energy and provide diversity. Carbs that are clean, fiber-rich, and low in fat include oats, potatoes, rice, and whole-grain bread.
  3. Drink at least one gallon of water every day. This will keep your body hydrated and healthy. Water should be your primary beverage of choice when dieting. Despite the popularity of diet sodas, Crystal Light, and other low-calorie sweetened drinks, plain old water is your best bet for staying healthy.
Alex Fine

That was the end of his diet tips that he gives out to his fans and followers. As we can see, it is not too challenging to follow. He has certain rules that he abides by and everything is accurate. In the next section, we will explore some of the nutrients and supplements that he takes to add to his building physique.

Alex Fine Nutrition and Supplements

In this section, we will talk about the supplements that he takes in his diet. These supplements add to his overall health and make him quite proficient in the gym too. It is the reason for his chiseled and sculpted physique. So, take a look!

PROTEIN BARS OR PROTEIN POWDER

Comic book characters don't need supplements, but to get shredded like Apa on his low-carb, low-calorie diet, you might want to consider protein bars or protein powder. You feel fuller, longer, and burn fat while building muscle when you consume protein.

GREENS SUPPLEMENT

Furthermore, if you are not big on vegetables, you should take a greens supplement. When you eat few carbs, your body holds less water, and if you combine low-carb with intense workouts, it can cause cramps. For this reason, you should consider a supplement with electrolytes.

Alex Fine

OMEGA 3

Supplementing with omega-3 essential fatty acids when you work out hard is a good plan regardless of whether you eat seafood because they reduce inflammation and give your brain a boost.

FIBER AND PROBIOTICS

Fiber and probiotics help keep your system moving, so it's necessary to consume plenty of protein.

MULTIVITAMIN

In addition, a multivitamin is a smart choice to make up for any nutritional gaps.
