Originally from Brazil, Annabel DaSilva was born on October 11, 1993. Her religion is Christianity. A rising fitness star, she is from Brazil but currently resides in India. Annabel spent her childhood dreaming about becoming a model. As a result, she graduated from high school, Colégio La Salle São João, Brazil in 2016, and instead of continuing with her education, she opted to travel the world as a model. Annabel soon realized modeling distorted her image and undermined her self-confidence after entering the world of modeling. In order to conform to the standards of the modeling business, she developed an unhealthy relationship with food.

Career

At the age of 16, after graduating from high school, Annabell started modeling. This was her dream job for a long time. However, she soon realized how restricting this lifestyle was. With regards to her diet and training, Annelise was always on the move. She felt bad about her body and had issues with self-esteem as a result. The change in her life began when she replaced constant travel and the restrictive lifestyle of a bikini model with the weight room.

“I really have no idea where I would be and what I would be doing without lifting. It turned my life around and made me a completely different person. My mindset has changed completely. Healthy mind, healthy body.”
