He takes his torso upright as straight as possible to maximize the tension of the movement. You can consider it a chest workout.
Dumbbell Lateral Raise
This was an important exercise for Dallas, Because he knows for topper delts. With four or five sets, He hits almost 20 reps in this movement.
Single Arm Front Raise
After hit back with one set of dumbell, Dallas workout with incline bench for single arm front raise. He said that "if you complemented the movement standing, the dumbbell would lose the isolation on the front deltoid, as it would be would be over the head during the lift." It was one type of Arm Workout.
Cable Lateral Raise
The cable gave him more stretch in muscle, So he can make his Shoulder workout more easily. It can make full contraction at the top. He does this exercise right after dumbell raises.
Hanging Leg Raise
It was like a punishment exercise. It seems like it was very painful for him. Because with his massive body hanging leg raise become more complex for him. He says that it is the best to exercise for an ab workout.
