Not to forget, her arm workout has become viral after she has appeared with those revealing clothes on the red carpet. She revealed in an interview that she drank a lot of protein smoothies. In her words, “We were trying to do 2-3,000 calories a day: raw oats in smoothies with avocado, whole milk, and weight-gain powder, three times a day.”

Advantage of Paleo: Why paleo is beneficial is because foods like that decrease the chances of suffering from heart diseases. It helps to regulate the blood flow and aids in weight loss too. It also reduces any skin conditions like acne and is great for overall health.Moderation is the Key: The actress certainly believes in the rule of moderation. She likes to indulge once in a while but makes sure she has not exceeded the limit. She loves to pair her healthy diet with a few cheat meals to keep her going. "I'm a moderate person. I'll have a bottle of wine and then I'll wake up the next day and drink green juice and eat salads," she told Porter Edit.

Being Realistic About Shapewear: On asking about her other secrets, she revealed one more. She is not afraid to claim that she uses shapewear to give her physique a boost. "I have Spanx on. Always! I have to wear them all the time!" she revealed. It is interesting how the actress is not too shy about her secrets. She also revealed that she takes botox treatments to stay young-- "everybody f––––– does it."Without or without Spanx, there is no denial when it comes to the fact that Robin Wright works hard for her body and it really shows!

Robin Wright makes sure not to stick to one kind of workout and tries to incorporate different varieties to her schedule to strengthen and tone different aspects of her body. “You can love SoulCycle. But you can’t go to SoulCycle five times a week and do squats and lunges and expect to go on camera, ever.” It is tougher than that, she means.

Her personal trainer involves a lot of different exercises for her that includes barre work, pole dancing, and muscle-lengthening yoga moves to get her ready for the big screen. Besides this, Wright loves to go for a run. A morning beach run is a great way to start the day for her. She says, “Running gets everything done, doesn’t it? Covers it all.”

Her training routine changes according to her requirements in the role. For example, for her role in Wonder Women, Wright incorporated a lot of warrior exercises in her session. She revealed a bit about her exercise routine saying,

“We would do horse riding for an hour, then drive from the stable to the studio and do weight training for an hour—heavy weights and short reps to build size quickly.”

Robin Wright does agree with the fact that her co-stars have been working harder than her because she is always busy switching roles especially when she was filming House of Cards and Wonder Wonder.

Arm Workout and Pilates: Her trainer also tells the reporters the secret t her sculpted arms. Wright does Pilates Rowing which makes you feel that “you’re engaging your chest, core, back, triceps and biceps.”

"To do this you need to sit down with your legs stretched out (and your glutes and core engaged). Grab a 1kg weight in each hand and hold your arms straight out in front of you. Extend your arms by reaching forward while pushing your back down—if you can get your weights to touch your toes then you’ll get the most out of this workout. Exhale and lift your torso up so your back to sitting, before pushing your hands up in the air. Lower your arms to return to the start of the workout."

The personal trainer advises anyone who follows to do this at least 3 times per week to achieve the look. The exercise is super fun and thus is easier to stick to too.

Dancing with Zumba: "Oh my God, Zumba is the greatest invention ever for women," Robin Wright told The Telegraph in an interview. She definitely loves to dance around for fun and fitness and we can surely tell this by her enthusiasm. "I like to exercise, though I do nothing consistently because I get bored and impatient. With Zumba, you're dancing, you're moving your hips.
