At only 26 years of age, Brittne Babe is an athlete, fitness expert, entrepreneur and Public Health educator; she is a new force in the fitness world. With nearly ten years of solid experience in making and demonstrating hundreds of home workouts, Brittne has mastered how to make effective, targeted training accessible to anyone in any part of the world!

Her most well-known program is her 21 Day Challenge. The 21 Day Challenge is a full-body workout schedule designed to build both strength and curves at the comforts of our own home, with minimum to no equipment. By adding the word “challenge” to her training program, she is inspiring women across the globe connected with the goal to smash their unhealthy lifestyle forever. As of today, Brittne has helped thousands of women, transform their lives with her “no excuse” approach to fitness. Her number one target is "It is YOU vs YOU."

With some really heavy directions from her mother, who is also her manager, Brittne's business has raked in $2 million since the pair co-founded it in 2013. “If it wasn't for me, she'd probably be a butt model!” Kimberly, her mother, says. "She is a very hard worker — but only when you push her."

With more than one million followers following Brittne on Instagram, she has various partnerships including that with STRONG by Zumba, and a program called BrittCamp that offers training programs, healthy food tutorials and fitness challenges. In the process of training up her own self, Brittne has built quite the wellness business over the last few years. And according to the New Jersey native, it all began when she woke up one Sunday morning, feeling absolutely out of shape, weak and exhausted of it, and made the choice to take better care of herself. The rest is history.

Although Brittne's main role is content production on her Youtube and Instagram channels, she also writes blog posts, edits videos, shoots and edits all her photos including for food posts and her modeling shots. She also works on the site's graphic design. She's still in school and plans to graduate this spring with a degree in exercise science. As a result, Kimberly often clocks more hours.

“It's not so much about trying to be perfect or phony,” adds Brittne. “I think it's more so about things being visually appealing because that’s the point of social media.”

As for Kimberly, she handles all the other stuff. "I have to do all the big-girl stuff," Kimberly says of her role, which involves communicating with their accountant, attorney, a product-fulfillment team of three people, four web developers, and one marketing consultant. She stays late into the night and examines Brittne's competitors, like the Tone It Up Girls besides taking photos and videos that Brittne appears in, although she recently hired a professional videographer.

Some might call Kimberly a “momager,” but she doesn’t see it that way. “I cannot stand that word because I'm not just her momager,” she says. “I'm her partner. I'm her business partner. We're in this business 50/50.”

For example, although it's not her real niche, Kimberly aids her with content production by capturing Brittne exercising. Although Kimberly has no backdrop and experience (or particular interest) in fitness, both she and Brittne research exercises online before they go on location. “I make Brittne do the crazy exercises, because she's always like, 'Oh, I can't do that.' And I'm just like, 'Yes you can,'” Kimberly says of particularly challenging moves. “I think she likes someone to tell her what to do, but only me.”

Before we leap into Brittne Babe's exercise routine and her diet and nutrition plans, here are her physical statistics.

Brittne Babe Workout Routine

https://www.instagram.com/p/B_FtR49h6a0/This is her entire journey from being a skinny and unhealthy kid to her being a fitness guru on social media. She says,

"I have been a track athlete my entire life and was always active in social media. It started with Myspace and Facebook and after constant pressure from my mom, (she actually had more followers than me at the time!), I created an Instagram account. I began to post a lot of fashion and beauty pictures and picked up a ton of followers quickly. At the time I wasn’t really passionate about fitness but my followers liked my pictures with workout clothes and wanted me to share more about my fitness life and workout routine, and that is how my account transformed into fitness. Then, I became passionate about getting the world to know how important it is to stay active, fit and have a healthy lifestyle."

Kimberly thinks her daughter's face and body type and that she often posted photos in her track uniform, really corresponded with her followers. "People were just really excited to have someone that looked like them," Kimberly says. "They loved her body, they loved her waist, and she always had her hair and makeup done."https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZaQIweeSC0But the idea of fitness struck Brittne when she was very unhappy with how her health was taking a turn in the wrong direction. She says, “I was a freshman and put on a lot of weight,” confesses Brittne. “I wasn’t huge, but I wasn’t as slim as I used to be. At that point, I reached out for help but it didn’t work out well. I figured out how to do everything on my own. I researched everything and took classes while at school.”When she decided to get back on track with her fitness, she wanted to document her journey to stay motivated. She took the help of social media. However, people started reaching up to her and she decided to earn some money out of it. She explains, “I started to put my social media to good use documenting my journey. People were asking me for help, [so] I made an email account and helped people daily for free by giving out meal plans, video guides, recipes, and tips. I stayed up all night. My mom was like, ‘What’s going on here?’ She told me that I can’t do everything that I’m good at for free. That’s when I began to [build my business.] My mom helped me a lot. She had to leave her job because I didn’t know what I was doing.”

She says when it comes to nutrition, her mom helped her changed her bad lifestyle practices. She comments, “My mom got into nutrition about 10 years ago,” explains Brittne .“She pretty much threw everything out. At first, I was pissed. Eventually, it changed my lifestyle.”Some of the workouts that she posts on Instagram are:#1 ABS + QUADS + UPPER BODY Remember, to get rid of any kind of fat, your diet must be the first thing you focus on! You cannot out-train a bad diet. Abs are made in the kitchen and this makes up nearly 80% of your results. With that being said, this is a fun, great routine to target your quads, abs, lower trouble area, shoulders, rear delts, back, biceps, and triceps.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀EXERCISES:Rocking Chest PressExtended RaiseExtended Raises - Tricep ExtensionsExtended Chest Press⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀METHOD:Perform each exercise for 60 seconds. The more you move your body, the more confident + comfortable you’ll get, and the more energy you’ll feel! By finding at least 30 minutes to get moving a day, you’re drastically going to make a difference in your health than being sedentary. Fight for your health.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀CIRCUIT:Squat Jump- LungesPower High Knees (4) - High Knees (8)Squat LiftsSquat Crossover TapsStutter Jump - Touch Down Lunges⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀METHOD:Perform each exercise for 30-60 seconds. Complete 3 rounds total. 5-minute rest between each round. Finish with a light cool down and stretch.

Brittne remains constantly motivated throughout her training schedule. She explains her reason for motivation by saying, "The best way to motivate yourself to workout is not wanting to be inactive! I cannot just sit around; I need to do something that makes me feel happy. Taking care of my body is important to me and I also love the attention and positive feedback I receive about the progress I make in building up the muscles and shaping my body."

It did not start easy for her and she faced many challenges throughout. However, she did not leave being consistent and motivated. And her hard work definitely did pay off. She explains the reason for her motivation saying,

"People always ask me, “How do you find your motivation?” “What gets you up every day?” “How do you make time to work out and exercise?” Well, honestly, I literally woke up one day and I felt different. That’s literally how I can explain it. I woke up one day saying, “You know what? I gotta change.” And the reason why was because I wasn’t happy with my lifestyle. I was drinking — Thirsty Thursdays, Turn-Up Tuesdays, Flexin’ Fridays. Yeah, college! I was doing hooka. I was failing. I failed out of my first college. I’m actually a senior now. I’ve been in school for a while with managing the business and trying to start again after failing, stuff like that. So basically, you have to wake up one day and say, “You know what? I gotta change my lifestyle.” And that’s what happened to me. One morning it was like a Sunday morning and I said, “Let me write down my plans. Let me focus on me. Let me get right.”

Another interesting aspect is that she does not even work out that much! She says she works out just 3 times a day and do not usually go to the gym. She explains, "I work out at least 3 times a week (when I film). I create the workout plans for my babes in my BrittCamp, in full length. I love to share with my followers how my body is being shaped with the exercises I do. That’s why the workouts that you see on my Instagram account are the workouts I do to create my physique."

Her workouts are almost wholly home-based. Even though there was a time when she used to work out every day of the week, but that was during her initial period. In her words, "To be honest, I don’t work out that much. I work out probably three days a week. And I work out at home. I’ve had my times where I might work out every day, maybe I wouldn’t work out at all, or I’d work out sometimes. But my whole goal is to just live a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I don’t have a super strict diet. I don’t have a super strict regimen. I just pretty much go about life the way that I want to and try to make healthier choices daily."

She says her focus is always on full-body workouts because she was too skinny as a child and she wants to develop each muscle right. She explains "As women, we’re always going to be a little bit harder on ourselves, which we shouldn’t. We should just focus on being happy. But I would love to just continue to build and tone every day. About four years ago I was super skinny. I wasn’t really within a healthy weight range, so I’ve been focused on gaining, building, toning and balance."

These are some of her favorite moves for toning and sculpting her body. She says, "My favorite moves overall are bodyweight moves. I can’t really give you a single move. I just love doing bodyweight moves that don’t require much equipment, or really, any equipment at all, and working out at home."Brittne is also involved with Zumba and includes a lot of Zumba workouts with her own training routine. She says, "Well, actually, I, along with a few other trainers on social media were invited to go to Miami to work with the creators of STRONG by Zumba and the music producers, like Timbaland. So we were able to put together movements and routines and things like that. And we were able to offer advice for the program. So with my background in dance and music bodyweight workouts, who better to help advise STRONG by Zumba?"https://www.instagram.com/p/B2XMqbvAmXo/She also talks about her three favorite exercises that she makes sure to do every time she is working out. In her words, "My favorite exercises are push-ups, shoulder press, and weighted squats."She also keeps on motivating her followers and supporters by giving our tips and lifestyle change advice. The three main advice that she would like to give out to people would be, "Stay true to yourself, build your brand and understand your own competition is yourself! Compete against yourself only."She says that she is proud of whatever she has achieved and it continues her to stay motivated to achieve even more. She is in a constant battle with herself to improve every single day and she works hard for it. She says, "The achievements I’m most proud of are building my own business and graduating college. I have a bachelor of science in public health. The education gave me a solid background about the importance of nutrition, disease prevention, and a healthy lifestyle."That's all about Brittne Babe's workout schedule and her training routine. However, a strong body needs a nutritious diet and here we go looking at what she eats in a day.

Brittne Babe Diet Plan

https://www.instagram.com/p/B9jzgnsBsYn/Brittne had to face a lot of trouble and constant changes in her body due to her poor diet and lack of motivation at first. Although she was thin during her childhood, her diet was havoc and she felt unhealthy at all times. She explains,

"My journey is continuous and went from weight loss, to weight gain, to less muscle, to now more muscle mass," she explained. "I began genetically thin and throughout my teenage years, my diet was horrible, which led to unhealthy habits and poor dieting. Once I identified who I no longer wanted to be, my health and fitness journey began." Now, she's starting to understand her body more, but still has ups and downs, she explained.

She does not believe in dieting and neither does she follow any trending diet schedule like Vegetarian, Vegan, Paleo, Keto or Intermittent Fasting that is trending all over the world. She likes to eat everything in moderation and knows that balance is the key to fitness. She explains, "I do not believe in the word diet. I eat what I feel like eating in moderation. I have my Women’s Best Fit Pro Whey Protein Shake; I eat a salad a day and drink a lot of water (drinking lots of water is important not only for keeping your body in shape but also for your health! Find out the top benefits of drinking a gallon of water every day). My dinner usually contains rice, protein, and greens so I eat pretty healthy by default." https://www.instagram.com/p/B22hxe0B1s1/She does not even have any cheat day because she does not believe in restricting herself throughout the week. That's her biggest strength. She eats whatever she likes but makes sure it is in moderation and that she is using the extra fuel somewhere. She says, "I don’t have cheat days. I live my life on my terms. I focus on making healthy choices the majority of the week and have ice cream, brownies, or cheesecake if I am out for dinner."She makes sure she is on track and she does that by meaning her meals in advance so she does not run out of having the best quality food. She feels it is something everyone must do as people find it hard to stick on healthy eating patterns initially. Quoting her words, "I always have Women’s Best protein to keep me on track. Whether it’s about snacks or fit whey shakes, it is super important to stay prepared and always have something to eat with you. This way, you don’t risk getting tempted by some fast foods you can buy on every corner. I also prep my meals in the morning to make sure I’m keeping a healthy and balanced diet which is the basis for being in shape!"https://www.instagram.com/p/B7rPnZPBVlm/She even shares her favorite meal prep which is rather super simple. She says, "My favorite prep meal is brown rice, chicken, and baby spinach."https://www.instagram.com/p/B4LZD7uBlwu/Many people who just start with their fitness journey often end up losing track of their diets which is super important to stay fit. They also develop different notions on how the diet works and often indulge in a quick-fix! For them, Brittne has something to say. In her words, "My advice would be to just build a healthy diet. Don’t starve yourself. Don’t have a super strict diet or super strict workout routine, because when you’re super hard on yourself, it’s not realistic for the long-term. You want to set realistic and small goals day by day."https://www.instagram.com/p/B-M6o-lBFQk/But she knows the challenge people face with meal preps too. She thinks that people often find it hard because they don't know what to do in the first place. But Brittne has advice for them too. She tells everyone to create a menu for themselves with an ample amount of your daily macro goals and stick to it. In her words, "Create a menu based on the plan what you would like to eat and how much time you can spend on healthy cooking and meal preparation. Then create your shopping list that includes all the ingredients. Stay away from a bunch of recipes at the beginning because you do not want to get overwhelmed. Keep your food prep menu super simple and make sure that the meals include protein, greens, and carb."https://www.instagram.com/p/B52_lXlhH4H/But the best part of her journey has always been inspiring millions of people on her social media. She has various social media handles on different platforms and manages them all with perfection! She says, "As mentioned I started when I was a child with Myspace. I like the graphics, colors and beautiful things. My favorite platform is Instagram where I have been able to grow my brand and connect with my followers interested in fitness, staying fit, and active!"https://www.instagram.com/p/B95k773BQWv/Brittne says that when she started out to document herself on social media, the focus was not on the number of followers. Her focus was way beyond that and it was an honest content. She explains, "My focus wasn’t on growing the number of followers. What was, and still is, the most important is to, be honest, stay positive, and provide quality content. The community came was built easily thanks to that! It’s a great feeling to know that they have my back and I have theirs."

Brittne Babe Supplements

https://www.instagram.com/p/B7BuvTXBN4p/Brittne Babe does believe in using supplements to enhance her health. Some of her favorites are:

"The supplements and Women’s Best products I use are Fit Pro Whey protein, Omega 3, Multivitamins, iron, Chewable hair vitamins. My favorite Women’s Best product is BCAAs. They are so good, and I’ve noticed big, positive changes in my muscle growth since I started using them."

Brittne Babe Future Goals For Her Brand

To rule the world!! Just kidding, but honestly, I want my name to ring the same way like when you hear Beyoncé. --Brittne Babe

Brittne was encouraged by her mom to launch a website to sell online health coaching and personal training directly to the people who are following her. Kimberly stood behind her daughter from the get-go. “When everyone was like, 'Oh, Brittne, you're going through a phase! That whole fitness thing, you're not gonna take that seriously.' My mom was was like, you know what? I see [a future] in this,” Brittne says.

Gaining a sudden spur of followers from Instagram's Popular page, Brittne's following grew to 400,000 people. She also adopted the policy of exchanging shout-outs with other influencers, which led to several hundred thousand more followers. But networking also proved to be challenging. She was black and it was not really easy for her. “Being black and getting into the fitness industry hasn't been easy,” she says. “In the beginning, people didn't want to network or collaborate with me, so I had to work harder to build my brand. Now that I've done that, people hit me up all the time."

Toward the end of 2014, Brittne sold her first-ever fitness program that raked in $10,000 in the first week after it was launched. Next, Kimberly encouraged her to create fitness guides to sell for $10 to $15 each. Later on, her followers even started to enquire about her active wears and so Brittne and her mom bought wholesale bikinis and resold them.

A few ending words from her mom about Brittne,

"One thing about Brittne that if you're like, 'Brittne, you can do that,' she'll run with it," Kimberly says. "Everyone just automatically assumes that I'm Brittne's puppet master, but I'm just her motivator. I'm just in her ear to encourage her to go."

Well, that's quite true and with that, we come to an end with all about Brittne Babe's workout routine and diet plans.
