Career
Initially, Brooke succumbed to constant dieting and worrying about her weight which led her to take many unhealthy approaches in life. Her frustration and unhappiness increased the more she restricted herself, which made her feel frustrated. After a while, Brooke realized that her approach did not work, so she redid everything from scratch. Weight training and adding more quality calories to her diet were two of her most significant changes. Despite Brooke’s initial fear of gaining fat from this approach, it ended up being the exact opposite – she was able to sculpt the incredible figure she has today. Brooke now uses her example to encourage other girls to follow the right approach to their training and nutrition in order to look great and feel great as well.

Brooke also took part in WBFF Pro Diva and achieved great success!
Currently, Brooke is a personal trainer and a businesswoman. She owns a hair studio by the name of BW Hair Studio in Gold Coast.
