They need to go through a lot of emails, so they ensure that they’re getting back on track before they do anything. They’ll do something early if they’re expected to do it or respond quickly so that they’ll be prepared for whatever comes up. After Chrissy goes back to sleep, she usually wakes up at 9 a.m. to check her emails again and reply to any responses. Even though it’s strange, she likes it because it helps her stay organized and get a bit more sleep (which she needs whenever she has two kids).

“I work out every day,” Chrissy affirms. This routine fuses pilates, barre method, cardio moves, and strengthening moves, and comes from Body by Simone. “A lot of classes don’t feel like they’re tough enough on you, but some trainers have you rolling tires and stuff. When she is at the gym, Chrissy doesn’t take photos of herself or upload them to Instagram. Recent reports suggest Chrissy is not a consistent exerciser and takes long breaks, based on an interview with The People Magazine. She will sometimes take a break without working out for two months, and then return to her workout when her trainer instructs her. There will be intense training during this time, and Chrissy has proclaimed it to be effective.

Quad Quiver

Placing a Pilates ball between your knees while standing with your feet hip-width apart. Then, return to the starting position by rising on the balls of your feet and holding for 3 seconds. Perform two sets of 20 repetitions each.

With the legs extended in front of you, the foot should be flexed, the right knee bent, and the right foot on the ground at this time. A resistance band can be wrapped around the left foot while holding the other end with the right foot. As you lean back, lower onto your forearms and raise the left leg until the band becomes taut. While pointing your toes, lift the leg until it is parallel to the ground. Return to the starting position by flexing your foot. Perform 30 repetitions in each leg, twice.

Lateral Kick

Lay on your right side with your knees bent, legs stacked, forearm on the ground. Loop the resistance band around your left foot and grasp the other end. Raising the left leg, draw the knee towards the chest so that the feet are hip-width apart. Afterward, return to the starting position by extending the left leg out to the side. Complete two sets of 30 repetitions with each leg.

W Arms & Abs

Sit on the ground with your knees bent and your feet hip-width apart. Position a Pilates ball under the lower back. Tuck your hips back and lean onto the ball. Holding each dumbbell in the hands, raise your arms overhead with your palms facing forward. As you bend your elbows and lower the weights to your ears, form a W with your arms. Then, return to your starting position. Perform 20 repetitions two times.

CARDIO

The model admits she does not enjoy cardio, but she recognizes that it’s necessary if she wants to keep her body looking good for photoshoots at any time.

It’s no surprise that she’s recently been getting creative with her cardio workouts and taking inspiration from Cher, the queen of pop. Cher’s workout videos from the 90s were reenacted by Chrissy.
