Jessica Rae Springsteen Workout Routine

Springsteen was only five years old when he began riding almost every day at Rumson's top-of-the-line riding school. You must start with a Ford and progress to a Ferrari if you want to become an exceptional rider. Springsteen says that horses with amazing talent can teach a rider how to become better, but you don't start there because you aren't ready. She was first faced with ponies, who were notorious for their attitude: They would scoop out grass without warning and send her flying. When she looked back, she recalled falling off almost all the time. “It’s good for you, I think when you’re little.” The horse she rode for the first time when she was 12 was called Deneuve, a brown mare who taught her confidence because she was "brave as a lion".As Springsteen began his career, jumping was scary and he was overly cautious of danger. “You’re meant to canter [over the fences], and I would only trot,” she says. “And because I would only trot them, I would never win.” The whole Springsteen clan was patiently waiting for her to jump the low barriers during one rainy competition, she remembers. She exemplifies her fear of horses by saying, "It's raining; you have to canter." She overcame her fear and now navigates obstacles of five-and-a-half feet. The woman even works hard on Sundays. This is how she says she relaxes, "Most people take Sundays off here, but we’re normally competing on Sunday. But if I have the day off, I’d maybe go grocery shopping, do laundry, try to go to the gym. Or go get a manicure! Honestly, when I have a day off, I just love to relax. I really like to go for a run. I love jogging. That always really relaxes me. There’s so much packing and repacking that when I have a day off in one place, I just really like to take it easy."She was able to achieve a lot through horseback riding. She explains in an interview how it has helped her be more disciplined than she ever was before. She says, "All those things. Dedication, definitely. I think when you’re working at anything, it’s hard to stay dedicated when you’re going to have so many ups and downs, and then especially when you’re working with animals. You can’t just slack off one day. They’re relying on you, so you really have to show up and do your best every day."

"Patience is another really important thing because again, they’re animals. They don’t understand what we’re trying to ask them sometimes. You really have to take a deep breath and be calm and patient with them. Also, confidence. I think confidence is everything. In whatever sport, and especially in riding, the horse has to feel that you’re confident."There is much more to horse riding than just sitting on your horse and watching it trot from point A to point B. As an Olympic sport, diving is a difficult endeavor that requires hard work and discipline, as Jessica Springsteen can demonstrate. "When it's done well at the top level, it looks effortless," Springsteen told ESPN. "But it's not. There is so much physicality to it."To keep her in peak condition, Bruce Springsteen devised a training regimen that incorporated cardio, Pilates, core training, lifting weights, and stretching. "Since there aren't really any trainers with equestrian experience, I devised it myself," she continued. She became as specific about horses as she possibly could. Additionally, Springsteen is conscious of what she feeds her body. Moreover, she makes sure she eats healthy. Furthermore, she drinks plenty of water - even though sometimes she must force herself to do so!Jessica Rae Springsteen does not have a typical workout routine but she still hits the gym almost 4 to 5 times a day so that she could keep up with the shape as much as possible. Here is a look at the workout routine that she follows while training hard for her horseriding practices. Take a look:

Jessica Rae Springsteen Pilates Training

Exercises involving Pilates are also among her favorites. In addition to Pilates, she includes several days for yoga. Since it is one kind of exercise that is easy for anyone to do at home, it is one of the most popular types of exercise. Moreover, Pilates training does not concentrate on just one part of the body or one part of the musculature. Although this exercise is mostly a full-body activity, it develops muscles proportionately as it primarily targets the core. In addition, it promotes flexibility since it involves a wide range of motions, making your joints mobile.

The following exercises are included in the Jessica cardio circuit, according to some interviews.

  • Warm-up time: 5 minutes for spinning and biking machines
  • Cardio: 25 minutes on a spinning bike
  • Two to three minutes of warm-up
  • Stretch

There aren't many complicated steps in Jessica Rae Springsteen's cardio routine. She likes to walk nearly every day, and she almost always does it. Wearing her running shoes when she feels the need to work out more intensively, she will run. Runs are great ways to burn calories and relieve stress, according to the horse rider. The running track of Jessica Rae Springsteen varies from three to five kilometers once or twice a week. As Jessica Rae Springsteen runs for one and a half miles, she admits to walking toward the end, taking a minute to rest, then running back.Jessica Rae Springsteen says that she likes to do a little jogging to destress herself. It is what she calls her little method of a self-care routine. In her words, "Definitely sleep. And I really do enjoy going for a nice jog. When I was younger, I could never run far. I would always get so tired, so it was a goal of mine to be able to be fit enough to the point where I can enjoy going for a nice run, listening to good music, and just being outdoors. I probably walk half the time, but just getting that time outside and listening to good music, that always really centers me."

In fact, it was quite before anything else that she started horseback riding. Her journey has been quite the one to be remembered. In her words, "I started training when my family moved to Colt’s Neck, New Jersey. We moved to a farm there and my mom started riding. I really wanted to take lessons. There was this stable literally across the street from my house, one of the top training barns in the country. They said I was too young–I was like four years old—but they told me about a place where they train little kids on ponies. So I went there for a little bit. And then I started to train at Beacon Hill Show Stables until I was 18 years old. It was kind of meant to be."

She said that she was into her horse training for quite a long time. She was a dedicated rider which we are guessing is because of which she has come to be on such a tremendous spot. In her words, "Yes! I rode every day after school. Normally, the last period would be gym or study hall—so I would try to cut out 30 minutes early if I could and go to the barn and ride from 3:30 to 5 or 6. Then I would go home and do all my homework. I was really, really, really dedicated when I was in high school. I was already super into it."She loved how challenging the sport was for her. But besides this, it also got her some kind of unexplained peace that she thinks was something she was always destined to do. In her words, she explains, "I was always really competitive, not as a competitive person, but when I was in the ring, I was very focused. Every time I would ride anything else going on in my life would disappear and I was totally focused on my horse and what I was doing in riding. It really brings you so much peace. But when I was in middle school and high school, it was really hard because I was always away at competitions, and my friends were hanging out having fun together. But I always really had a laser focus on it."

As a college student, Springsteen made an Olympic bid four years ago and had an “amazing experience.” As for the future she says, “We kind of have to see how it goes.” She further says, “It’s so much about timing and having the right horse at the right time, and have everything going well, so it’s definitely something that I’m working towards – and will continue working towards until I get there.”Some of her greatest influences have been people who inspired her to become what she is today.

Jessica Rae Springsteen

While Bruce Springsteen's daughter was growing up, she had the opportunity to watch and emulate world-class riders. Today, she still remembers the impact they made on her. "Growing up watching, you know, Laura Kraut, Beezie Madden, McLain Ward — you know, it seemed so far away, like what they were doing," Jessica Springsteen recalled in an interview with Horsealot. "So it's cool now to be competing in the same classes as them since I grew up watching them." The experience must be both surreal and exciting at the same time. Her competitions are full of world-class talent now that Springsteen has reached the big leagues. "At these shows, there are so many incredible riders," she continued, several of whom she's trained with. However, Springsteen displays impressive sportsmanship by treating every rider with respect, which shows the level of respect she has for them. That was all about the workout routine that Jessica Rae Springsteen shares with the fans and the followers (or people who are just looking up to her for Olympics 2021!)
