Except this is an away game for Kyrie. The Celtics are playing in ATL, not Boston. Irving is that good. No plans to change
Kyrie Andrew Irving who has given all the credits to his self-research on the diet says that he feels that there is no need to change the diet and he would not 'plan on changing anything in [his] diet'. His chef makes all the meals for him, starting from breakfast and then his pre-game meal and when he comes back, he makes sure that he is preparing something rich in protein for dinner. Kyrie Andrew Irving has three meals a day and sometimes he would also have a snack. In the words of Corey Bryant,
“He’ll do his daily rituals, relax and then he’ll take his pregame. I’ll still be at the house. After I make his breakfast, I’ll make his pregame meal so he can get ready; take it with him to the arena. Then prepare his dinner for after the game and so that’s basically every day. It’s an everyday process. Three meals a day – breakfast, lunch and dinner, and sometimes a snack in between … a smoothie or power ball or something like that.”
A snack that Bryant makes for Kyrie Andrew Irving and which he loves is called a power ball. It contains a cluster of nuts ground up together along with some kind of nut butter for the essential fats and protein. It is pretty low in carbs. He explains by saying, “You could use almond butter, some nuts – any type of nuts,” says Bryant.
Cobey Bryant also gives out the exact method which is used to make these power balls so that if someone wishes to follow the same structure as Kyrie Andrew Irving, they easily can! He explains, giving out the recipe, “Pecans, almonds, walnuts, and bring it all together and you roll it out into a ball, and there you go. And there are so many different ways that you can finesse it. You can do chocolate. You can do peanut butter. You can do white chocolate … it’s a bunch of categories that you can tap into and create your own power ball.” And with this, that was all about Kyrie Andrew Irving's workout routine and his amazing diet plan that supports his hectic lifestyle.
